We manually review every application, so timing can vary, but we aim to review new organizers promptly. You'll get an email as soon as a decision is made.

This depends on our current settings. If a listing fee applies, you'll be notified in your dashboard, and you won't be able to see who has requested to join until the fee is confirmed as paid. Your trip stays live and visible either way.

Trip management tools are available from your organizer dashboard once you're verified and logged in.

Every organizer submits their phone, email, ID document, and a photo. Our admin team manually reviews these before approving any organizer to publish trips.
